3、 Installation:

1.Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the pump has been damaged during transportation, such as whether the motor has been dampened, whether the dust covers at the inlet and outlet of the pump are damaged, and whether any dirt has entered the pump chamber.
2.Before installing the pipeline, the inner wall of the pipeline should be cleaned with clean water or steam. It should be avoided that the weight of the pipeline is borne by the pump, which affects the operation and accuracy of the pump.
3.There must be no air or liquid leakage at the connecting parts of the pipeline, otherwise liquid cannot be sucked in and noise will be generated.
4.A metal filter should be installed at the suction port to prevent particles, impurities, and other contaminants from entering the pump.
4、 Inspection before starting the pump
1.Are the fasteners of the pump tightened.
2.Is the active shaft flexible in movement and rotation.
3.Is the valve of the inlet and outlet pipeline open.
4.Whether the rotation direction of the pump meets the requirements (if viewed from the pump end towards the motor, counterclockwise main rotation is considered positive rotation).
V. Maintenance during Pump Operation
1.The pressure of the pump and the reading of the vacuum gauge should comply with the technical specifications specified for the pump.
2.Pay attention to the working condition of the packing seal. If oil leakage occurs, adjust it with a pressure cap depending on the degree (it is not allowed to press the pressure cap too tightly to avoid heating at the packing and rapid wear of the sealing ring).
3.When there is abnormal noise or high temperature rise during the operation of the pump, the pump should be stopped immediately for inspection.
