The WBZS stainless steel self-priming pump is a stainless steel corrosion-resistant self-priming centrifugal water pump independently developed by our company. Some impellers of the pump adopt a semi open structure, and the suction stroke can reach 8 meters. In addition, there are two types of connection between the pump and the motor: direct connection type and bearing bracket type. All pump shaft seals adopt the advanced cantilever technology mechanical seal in West Germany. Due to the excellent structure, performance, and shape of the product, as well as the use of high-quality stainless steel materials for overcurrent components and connecting frames, both series of products have a series of advantages such as reliable corrosion resistance, easy use and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption, and good sealing performance.

This series of pumps can deliver liquids with a temperature not exceeding 90 ℃ (direct connection type) or not exceeding 105 ℃ (with bearing bracket type), containing small soft particles or fibers, corrosive or with hygiene requirements. It is widely used in industries such as food, beverage, medicine, sewage treatment, chemical industry, electroplating, bleaching and dyeing, and fine chemical industry.

Performance parameters of WBZ stainless steel self-priming pump;

WBZS all stainless steel explosion-proof self-priming pump usage conditions:
1) The liquid temperature of the direct coupled explosion-proof self-priming pump shall not exceed 90 ℃, and the liquid temperature of the bearing bracket pump shall not exceed 105 ℃.
2) Due to the lack of a material suitable for any medium or temperature, the corrosiveness of the medium being transported by users and the usage conditions should not exceed the applicable range of the pump material. This series of explosion-proof self-priming pumps are made of 304, 316, and 316L materials.
3) The technical parameters of this product are measured using room temperature clean water as the medium. If the conveying medium is not room temperature clean water, please inform our company and make appropriate adjustments.
Installation instructions for stainless steel self-priming pump:
1. The connection of the conveying pipeline of the pump device, especially the connection of the input pipeline, must be reliably connected and well sealed.
2. If the WBS centrifugal pump is installed above the suction liquid level, a bottom valve should be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe, while the WBZS self-priming pump does not need to install a bottom valve in the suction pipe within the self-priming range.
3. When the conveyed liquid is mixed with hard objects such as bamboo, wood, stone, metal, etc. that are too large or too long in volume, a filter screen must be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe to prevent the above-mentioned objects from being sucked into the pump and causing the impeller to get stuck and damage the motor or water pump parts.
4. The water pump device generally should have overload and short circuit protection devices, such as fuses and overcurrent relays, and the positioning of the protection device should be adjusted according to the current on the motor label.
