1. WB type vortex pump is used to transport liquids containing solid particles with temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to+250 ℃, viscosity not exceeding 5E, non corrosive and corrosive properties.
Lift range: from 15 meters to 200 meters.
Flow range: from 0.36 m3/h to 16.9 m3/h.
2. There are ten models of WB vortex pumps, specifically 20 WB-20、25WB-25、32WB-30、40WB-40、50WB-45、65WB-50、20WB-65、25WB-70、32WB-75、40WB-90、40WB-120、65WB-90。 All are single-stage cantilever vortex pumps.
3. The materials for the overcurrent components of WB type vortex pump are HT20-40, aluminum cast iron, and four types: 1Cr18Ni9Ti, Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti. (Represented by material codes H, J, B, and M respectively)
4. The sealing forms of WB type vortex pump include soft packing seal and single end mechanical seal. Except for single end mechanical seals used in WBB and WBM pumps, all pumps are equipped with soft packing seals at the factory. STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION

The WB type vortex pump is mounted on the same base as the motor. The inlet and outlet directions of the pump are inclined upwards, and become vertical upwards through the connecting bend.
The impeller can move freely on the shaft to ensure that the axial clearance between the impeller, pump body, and pump cover is equal on both sides. Paper pads are allowed to adjust the gap, but they must be placed outside the asbestos board pad at the pump cover stop.
Both rolling bearings are lubricated with calcium based grease.
