Introduction

The WHVD series volumetric color masterbatch mixer can automatically mix one main material and 1-4 color masterbatch or additives of plastic raw materials in proportion, suitable for injection molding, extrusion or blow molding production. This series of products adopts a hybrid stepper motor and is equipped with a dedicated microcomputer controller, which can accurately measure the color masterbatch and addition ratio. This mixer can be connected to various molding machine signals for synchronous operation, ensuring consistent performance of the molded products.

WHVD series volumetric dosers are suitable for auto-proportional mixing of new materials,regrinds, masterbatch or additives, suitable for injection, extrusion or blow molding field. A stepper motor is used in this series, according to the set mixing proportion, the microprocessor accurately controls rotation of the high precise dosing screw to squeeze out materials with an accuracy of ±1%. This doser can connect with various molding machine signals in synchronicity, to ensure the stability of the products.
