The HNDK400 visual nitrogen blowing instrument is a high-precision temperature control instrument formed by combining microcomputer processing and PID control. Its working principle is to quickly, continuously, and controllably blow nitrogen gas onto the surface of the heated sample. Based on the evaporation rate and boiling point of the concentrated solvent, the heating temperature is set to achieve rapid concentration of a large number of samples. This instrument adopts an aluminum plate heating module, which has good heat transfer and uniform heat transfer, which is conducive to rapid heating and temperature control. Blow nitrogen onto the surface of the sample to achieve anaerobic concentration of the liquid sample. Blow pipes are independent of each other and will not cause cross contamination. Each test tube hole has a slot for users to observe the concentration status of the sample in real time. The gas needle channels on the gas distribution component can be used in combination or separately. The system has high temperature control accuracy, wide temperature control range, temperature numerical control digital display, and convenient temperature calibration.
