IHG stainless steel corrosion-resistant pipeline pump is an efficient and energy-saving product designed by our company in strict accordance with international standard ISO2858 and national standards, using the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pumps and the advantages of old pipeline pump structures. It is a novel vertical centrifugal pump that replaces conventional products such as IS centrifugal pumps and vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps. 1. The stainless steel pipeline pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The stainless steel explosion-proof centrifugal pump impeller is directly installed on the long shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.
3. 3、 IHG vertical stainless steel explosion-proof centrifugal pump is mainly used for:
1. ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T ＜ 80 ℃.
2. The IRG type hot water pipeline centrifugal pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG type uses a temperature T<120 ℃, and the GRG type uses a temperature T<240 ℃.

Suitable for departments such as textile, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature of -20 ℃~120 ℃. Note: The suction pressure of the stainless steel pipeline pump is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is ≤ 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
