The vertical slurry pump has innovations in hydraulic design, structural design, and other aspects. The flow-through components are made of self-developed high chromium wear-resistant alloy, which has significant characteristics such as high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, and easy maintenance.
The vertical submersible slurry pump is a vertical single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure, with a semi open impeller and stirring blades extending from the suction edge of the impeller. The pump is connected to the motor through an elastic coupling, and when viewed from the direction of the motor, the pump rotates clockwise.
Assembly sequence of vertical slurry pump:
1. Install double row bearings on the pump shaft, and sequentially install the bearing spacer and upper bearing inner ring.
2. Insert the pump shaft containing bearings into the bearing body, and install the bearing sealing cover and water stop ring.
3. Install the upper bearing, bearing cover, bearing sleeve, and locking round nut in sequence.
4. Adjust the bearing clearance: Adjust the shaft towards the lower end of the bearing body until it cannot be adjusted. Fix one round nut, and do not fix the other round nut. Use a pry bar and a dial gauge to adjust the axial clearance, which is generally 0.015-0.025mm. Then, tighten the nut and install the pump coupling.
5. Install the connecting pipe, fixed plate, back cover, impeller, pump body, bent pipe and outlet pipe and fix them. Note: The clearance between the impeller and the front end of the pump casing is 2-2.5mm.
6. Install the motor base and the motor with an electric connection; Complete the assembly process of the entire pump.
7. Disassemble the pump by following the opposite steps as described above.
Scope of application of vertical slurry pump:
Vertical submersible slurry pumps are mainly used in industries such as environmental protection, new building materials, coal washing, municipal engineering, thermal power generation, gas coking plants, refineries, steel mills, mining, paper industry, cement plants, food plants, aerated concrete, printing and dyeing to extract concentrated liquids, heavy oils, oil residues, polluted liquids, mud, mortar, quicksand, and flowing sludge from urban sewage channels, as well as liquids containing coal blocks and ash residues. It can also be used in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical to extract fluids containing mud, sand, slag, and corrosive liquids.
Our company has made the following improvements to the vertical slurry pump based on the actual usage environment and situation of our customers:
1. Wear resistant components have been added to the raw materials of the overcurrent components, and the dimensions of some overcurrent components (such as impeller blades) have been thickened.
2. The center shaft of the pump has been thickened, and the original radial ball bearing has been changed to a double row tapered roller bearing, greatly increasing the torque force of the pump shaft.
3. Three seals have been added at the sealing point to improve the sealing degree of the pump.
