
Principle of vertical single machine rotary dehumidifier:
The main structure of the rotary dehumidifier is a continuously rotating honeycomb shaped drying wheel, which is composed of a corrugated medium made of special composite heat-resistant materials. The corrugated medium contains a moisture absorbing agent, and the dehumidification wheel is divided into two fan-shaped areas on both sides by highly sealed elastic material partitions. One is the 270 ° fan-shaped area for processing humid air, and the other is the 90 ° fan-shaped area for regenerating air. When the humid air to be processed enters the 270 ° fan-shaped area of the impeller, the water molecules in the air are absorbed by the moisture absorbent inside the impeller, and the dried air is sent to the dry air outlet through the fan. The wheel rotates at a speed of 8-18 revolutions per hour. After the fan surface in the air processing area absorbs water molecules and becomes saturated, it will automatically switch to the regeneration air end fan area and enter the regeneration process. During the regeneration process, the regenerated air is heated (around 120 ℃) and enters the fan surface of the wheel regeneration zone. At high temperatures, water molecules in the wheel are desorbed and dissipated into the regenerated air,. Due to the loss of heat during the desorption process, the temperature of the regenerated air decreases and becomes humid air with a high moisture content, which is discharged outdoors by the regeneration fan. Dehumidification and regeneration are carried out simultaneously. The air to be processed is continuously dehumidified, and the rotor is constantly regenerated to continuously dehumidify the air.
