2、 Structure and working principle

1This product consists of left and right frames, transmission device, coal hopper and other components.

2This product uses the forward rotation of the electric motor to drive the force distance output of the reducer, causing the drum to rotate. The steel wire ropes wrapped around the drums at both ends slowly lift the coal hopper to the crossbeam on the left and right tracks. The front roller of the coal hopper enters the crossbeam, and the coal hopper begins to tilt at a certain angle. The two rear steel wire rope wheels still rise vertically, causing the coal hopper mouth to descend and pour the coal into the coal bin. At this time, the power is cut off and the motor stops running.

By controlling the switch, the motor is reversed and returned to its original position by the weight of the coal hopper.
