12. There is no automatic exhaust valve on the top of the motor. When the water pump is in use, simply open the inlet valve and release the air nozzle next to the exhaust valve. The air inside the pump body and motor will be automatically discharged from the automatic exhaust valve on the top of the motor. After exhaust, it will automatically close immediately to prevent the medium from flowing out of the pump, ensuring the normal operation of the water pump. Moreover, if there is air entering the pipeline during use, it can be automatically discharged. This function eliminates the need for a dedicated person to frequently open the valve for exhaust, greatly reducing the cost and manpower of normal use.
13. The unique detachable structure enables the pump to be used and maintained normally, such as removing scale. When checking the wear of graphite bearings, simply remove the connecting screws between the motor housing and the lower end of the motor. Structural description of vertical leak free shielded pump;

The structure is shown in the diagram; The pump is a machine pump integrated structure, mainly composed of pump body, impeller, connecting body, sliding bearings, stator, rotor, shielding sleeve, motor housing and other components. The pump is a vertical single-stage single suction centrifugal type, with the inlet and outlet on the same horizontal axis and the same diameter specifications. It can be directly installed on any part of the pipeline like a valve, making loading and unloading extremely convenient and occupying less space. The pump is integrated with the motor through a connecting body, and the bearings are made of imported graphite impregnated resin composite bearings. The motor stator and rotor are isolated by shielding sleeves, and the bearings use the fluid itself as the lubricant coolant, which has the characteristics of reasonable design and reliable operation. The pump is equipped with a base and can be directly installed on the foundation. Due to its low noise and vibration free characteristics, there is no need to install vibration isolators or pads during installation.
Working conditions:
1. The medium must be a fluid that is soft water, thin, non solidifying, non flammable, and free of solid particles and fibers.
2. The medium temperature is 80 ℃ for ordinary type and 16080 ℃ for hot water type.
3. In general, the working pressure of the system does not exceed 1.2MPa, and the inlet pressure is not less than 0.5MPa
4. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃ and the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%.
