Integrated sewage pump station is a good choice for small and medium-sized pump stations, mainly used for river interception and urban sewage collection and transportation.According to the installation method and user requirements, we have designed a standard vertical pump station. The single cylinder of a large sewage pump station can reach 30000m ³/d, and the single cylinder of a rainwater (reclaimed water, river water) pump station can reach 50000m ³/d. Multiple cylinders can be combined for larger flow rates.

The integrated sewage pump station is equipped with an internal maintenance platform and a ground control cabinet, which are pre installed and tested in the factory. The on-site installation is convenient, the time is short, and the system is reliable. The control cabinet can be placed on the top cover or on the ground, or in the equipment room. It can be installed outdoors or built into a maintenance room, and can be equipped with lifting devices for easy installation and maintenance of water pumps and grilles.

All accessories are prefabricated in the factory, including pressure pipelines, maintenance platforms, inlet and outlet pipes, etc. Before leaving the factory, they are tested to ensure the quality and reliability of the accessories.
