working principle: When the dirt remover is working, the butterfly valve plate is fully open. The medium enters the inside of the filter screen through the inlet flange, passes through the mesh filter, and enters the outside of the filter screen. It leaves the dirt remover through the outlet flange and enters the pipeline system. When the dirt remover is discharged, the butterfly valve plate is in the closed state, and the valve outside the discharge pipe is opened. Due to the pressure difference between the medium inside the dirt remover and outside the discharge pipe, the flow direction of the medium changes and flows into the inside from the outside of the filter screen, playing a backwash role to discharge impurities and dirt. During the discharge process, most of the medium still enters the pipeline system through the outlet flange, and the system does not shut down. |
