1. The sorted minerals are uniformly fed to the upper part of the sorting cylinder through a vibrating feeder. The rotating cylinder throws non-magnetic materials away from the cylinder, and magnetic materials are attracted to the cylinder by strong magnetic field force. The separation of magnetic and non-magnetic materials is very convenient and accurate using a sorting plate.
2. For the sorting of low-grade magnetite, river sand, and steel slag, excess tailings are initially discarded by this machine to enrich the grade of lean ore. Dry magnetic separators require the minerals being sorted to be dry, and the particles to be able to move freely and form independent free states. Otherwise, it will affect the magnetic separation effect and even result in unsorted consequences.
