2、 Main features:
1. This equipment adopts a layout of one or two workstations per box, with a compact overall structure and beautiful appearance.
2. This equipment is made entirely of stainless steel with insulation layer. It adopts a box structure and contains a lifting system, steam heating system, and mixing system. The discharge port inside the oil drum is equipped with a quick loading 80 mesh filter, which can perform preliminary filtration on the material. The box door is equipped with an observation door, so that the lifting amplitude of the material bucket can be observed at any time.
3. This equipment has high production efficiency and simple operation. The heating cycle of a single material is not more than 35 minutes, and the entire process is not more than 40 minutes (specific testing parameters are shown in the attached table).
4. The mixing system is bottom mounted and constant speed mixing. The material bucket lifting system adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which can adjust the lifting speed according to the actual working situation. 3、 Equipment operation program description (automatic PLC control):
1. After opening the box door, push the oil drum into the lifting platform and position it at the center of the heating tube through the positioning device.
2. Start the power supply of the control system, click on the touch screen, enter the password, turn on the operating system, click on the workstation operation interface where the oil drum is placed, set the parameters such as lifting speed, mixing temperature, heating time, etc. The system automatically starts the lifting motor, and the oil drum starts to rise (through variable speed adjustment).
3. After the oil drum starts to rise, the lowest point travel switch is closed, and the system automatically opens the steam valve. When the temperature of the oil drum reaches 40 ℃ (which can be set), the mixing system automatically starts.
4. When the oil drum rises to the highest point, the upper travel switch is triggered, and the oil drum stops rising (equipped with a safety travel switch). After 5 minutes (adjustable), the mixing stops, the steam valve is closed, and the oil outlet valve is automatically opened. At this time, the oil outlet indicator light next to the sterilization tank lights up, indicating that this equipment can discharge oil.
5. When the red indicator light next to sterilization is on, first open the vacuum valve on the sterilization tank, then open the oil outlet valve on the tube plate, and suck the material in the oil drum into the sterilization tank. After 5 minutes (adjustable), the oil outlet is completed and the oil outlet valve is automatically closed.
6. After the oil delivery time is completed, the control system starts the oil drum lifting platform, and the oil drum starts to automatically descend (without passing through the frequency converter, directly descending). When it reaches the lowest point, it stops descending and the green light flashes to alert the device to standby.
7. When the device malfunctions, it will automatically shut down and sound an alarm;

Due to the rapid expansion of production scale (eye ointment and suppository), there is an urgent need for a safe, environmentally friendly, and efficient way to solve the problems in this process. After continuous communication and trial production between our technical personnel and Ma Yinglong, the first Vaseline melting machine prototype was successfully delivered to Ma Yinglong in 2013. The equipment operation mode and trial production effect received unanimous praise from users. In mid-2015, 6 mature batch products (12 workstations) officially entered Ma Yinglong, making our company truly a unit that achieved mass production and was officially put into use in Vaseline melting equipment.
6、 Characteristics of Vaseline:
It is a colorless, odorless, non fluorescent transparent oily liquid obtained by deep refining of petroleum lubricating oil fractions, with a drop point of about 37-54 degrees Celsius. Does not contain any additives, moisture, or mechanical impurities. Dissolve in organic solvents such as ether, chloroform, gasoline, and benzene. Insoluble in water. Good chemical stability and antioxidant activity, with good antioxidant safety, stability, and photostability.
Vaseline is mainly a chemically inert hydrocarbon and does not have bactericidal ability; But it is not hydrophilic and will not be absorbed. When applied to the skin, it can form a film on its surface, making it difficult for water to evaporate and dissipate. It can keep the skin moist, block bacteria from the air from coming into contact with the skin, and reduce the possibility of infection.
