No fault alarm, providing reliable data
Infrared sensors are manufactured based on Vaisala's core measurement technology and components produced in our own cleanroom. The vacuum gas extraction method means that oil temperature, oil pressure, or oil type will not cause data fluctuations, while sealed and protected optical components can prevent sensor contamination. Using capacitive thin film polymer HUMICAP ® The sensor directly measures the humidity of the oil and has been applied in the field of transformer monitoring for 20 years. The same solid-state sensor technology used in Vaisala MHT410 can also be used to directly measure the hydrogen content in oil.

Durable system architecture
From the Arctic Circle to tropical regions, its stainless steel pipes, IP66 protection rating, temperature controlled casing, and magnetic pumps/valves ensure superior performance and durability of the monitoring system. In addition, consumables have been reduced, eliminating the need for daily maintenance or replacement.
