1、 Application scope
Suitable for low-temperature drying of thermosensitive materials that are prone to decomposition, polymerization, and deterioration at high temperatures; Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, etc.
2、 Working principle
Place the material under vacuum negative pressure conditions to lower the boiling point of water, making it easier to dry. Moreover, by removing air, the oxidation of materials is greatly reduced.
3、 Structural characteristics
This drying oven mainly consists of a box body, a drying rack, an external turnover vehicle, an electronic control system, and accessories such as a drying tray.
Box:Firstly, SUS 304 stainless steel with a thickness of δ 6mm is welded to form the inner wall of the drying oven, and then reinforced with 12 # channel steel on the outside. Strengthen the installation of insulation materials after completion, and then install the outer sealing plate. The thickness of the insulation layer of the oven is 120mm, and the insulation material is made of high-quality rock wool. The top of the studio is designed as an arched structure during production, which during the drying process, causes condensed water to slide down to both sides of the box and collect at the bottom of the studio. The rear of the box is equipped with a vacuum port at the top, with a diameter of DN150.
There is one vacuum breaker on the left side of the box, with a diameter of DN25 and equipped with a dedicated sanitary manual ball valve. Breaking the vacuum port is used to inject air into the working chamber after the drying process is completed, in order to balance the working chamber and external pressure and facilitate the opening of the box door.
The bottom of the box is made into a concave structure, which facilitates the collection and discharge of condensed water during the drying process and sewage during daily cleaning. There is one sewage outlet at the lowest point at the bottom, used for discharging condensate water and daily cleaning wastewater, and equipped with one dedicated ball valve.
The box door is equipped with two observation mirrors with a diameter of 150mm.Thermal resistance can be measured using a soft probe, which can be inserted into the working chamber900mmIt can be arranged arbitrarily within this radius. Can be used to measure studio temperature and also measure material temperature.
The flange material of the observation mirror is SUS 304 stainless steel, and the mirror is made of high-strength tempered glass.
