Brief introduction

2: High degree of automation; Cutting, filtering, washing, drying, unloading, and cleaning of filter cloth are all continuously automated, which improves production efficiency, reduces operating costs, greatly reduces labor intensity for workers, and improves the working environment.
3: Fast filtering speed; The material passes through the sedimentation zone, with large particles in the bottom layer and small particles in the upper layer. The filter cake structure is reasonable, and the filtrate has low permeability resistance, allowing for rapid thin-layer filtration.
4: Convenient filtration process; Filter cake thickness and washing water volume. The reverse washing stage, vacuum degree, and filter cloth speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to achieve better filtration effect.
5: Good washing effect; It can achieve multi-stage parallel or countercurrent washing, with thorough washing. The mother liquor and washing solution can be collected and reused separately according to process requirements.

7、 Service commitment:
(2) All materials and overall projects provided by us are covered by a 12-month free warranty period, which starts from the date of final completion and acceptance of the overall project.

(6) If we fail to provide specific and detailed service fee standards as requested by the demander, the demander may determine all service fee standards that we should provide based on the service fee standards provided by other suppliers in this project or based on the cost price confirmed by the demander's audit department, and the principle of "lower than higher".
