Product Features:
This series of pumps is a vertical structure with reasonable design, compact structure, easy opening, convenient maintenance, small footprint, and high degree of standardization. The impeller is immersed in the medium and a flow guide is used for current collection. The pump shaft and inner and outer pipes are divided into multiple sections, with coupling nuts or couplings used in the middle for connection. The insertion length can be reasonably selected according to user requirements. The guide bearing adopts a protective tube structure and is lubricated with clean water.
A pump is composed of a central rotating body and a pump body. The rotating body is composed of impellers, shafts, coupling nuts (or coupling sleeves, coupling joints), bearings, couplings, etc; The pump body is composed of a filter screen, a guide vane, an outer tube, an inner tube, a bearing frame (including rubber bearings), a base, an outlet bend, a bearing box, and a motor seat.
The pump is connected to the outlet pipe system through an outlet bend and fixed to the base and foundation. All rubber sliding bearings in the rotating body are continuously lubricated, cooled, and flushed along the flow channel between the inner tube and the shaft with lubricating water injected through the injection port on the side of the packing box. This is the key to the long-term normal operation of a vertical long shaft pump underwater.
The working principle of the pump: The motor drives the impeller working underwater to rotate through the shaft. The fluid obtains energy through the impeller and changes direction through the guide vane. It flows vertically upward without passing through the flow channel between the inner and outer pipes, passes through the outlet bend, and is discharged horizontally.
The vertical pump is equipped with a monitoring system during operation. This system consists of two parts: unit start-up and unit monitoring. The monitoring part mainly includes lubricating water monitoring, bearing temperature monitoring, pressure water monitoring, liquid level monitoring, and gate valve control.
