Overview of VSP vacuum self-priming pump

The VSP self-priming pump consists of a pump body, a pump cover, a rotor assembly, and a power component. The rotor assembly is installed in the pump chamber composed of the pump body and the pump cover, and the power component drives the rotor assembly to rotate. Through the rotation of the rotor assembly in the pump chamber, the volume of the sealed chamber changes, rapidly generating a vacuum degree to suck in materials.

VSP self-priming pump has strong suction power, a wide range of liquid viscosity for transportation, and can be used for volatile solvents and high viscosity oil adhesives. It can vacuum and fill liquids completely, with a higher suction efficiency than vacuum units. After one bucket of material is emptied, it can be inserted into the next bucket in 1 second, and the self-priming time is extremely short, 3 meters/2 seconds. Other self-priming pumps have a suction time of more than 3 meters/180 seconds and strong anti cavitation performance. And the structure is simple, with few components, easy installation, easy maintenance, and long service life.
