The gearbox cleaning machine is mainly composed of a spray box, a liquid storage box, an automatic temperature control heating system, a filtration system, an under liquid replenishment system, a body frame, a control panel, and an outer shell.

The basic principle of the gearbox cleaning machine:

Using municipal water and cleaning solution for heating, filtering, and high-pressure spraying through a high-pressure water pump, a rotating worktable is installed inside the box to evenly clean the workpiece, resulting in good results.

1. Check if the machine is properly installed, unscrew all support feet, and adjust the machine to a horizontal position;

2. Place all power switches and electrical switches in the "off" position and check if the power supply meets the requirements

3. Check if the connection between the water supply and drainage pipelines is correct. Guide the outlet pipe of the water separator away from the cleaning machine and close all drain ball valves;

4. Inject cleaning solution into the tank according to the cleaning process requirements;

Liquid storage tank: Inject cleaning solution until the liquid level is above the top cover50 mm.

5. Adjust the temperature to the required level according to the cleaning process requirements. The temperature of each tank is for reference: storage tank: 80-85 ℃.

Operating instructions:

1. Press the power button: Check if the three-phase power indicator lights are all on, otherwise eliminate the phase loss fault;

2. Place the heating switch of the box in the "on" position and check if the corresponding indicator lights are all on;

3. When the box reaches the set temperature, the corresponding indicator light goes out and the gearbox cleaning machine starts working;

4. If the cleaning agent becomes dirty or fails to meet the cleaning requirements, open the filter ball valve for cleaning, remove dirt, and clean thoroughly.

Precautions for use:

(Pay special attention to points 1, 2, and 3)

1. When there is no cleaning solution in the storage tank, work must not be started, otherwise it will cause serious consequences of damage;

2. When there is no cleaning solution in the tank or the cleaning liquid level does not meet the requirements, heating is absolutely prohibited, otherwise it will damage the heating wire and heating plate;

3. Do not use flammable solvents as cleaning solutions;

4The emergency stop button should be pressed to stop the power supply. Under normal circumstances, before disconnecting the main power supply of the machine, all switches on the control panel should be turned onThe "off" position is used to avoid damaging the heating components.

5. Regularly inspect and clean control electrical appliances;

6. When there is too much sediment in each cleaning tank, it should be promptly drained and rinsed to remove it;

7. When filling the cleaning solution, try to avoid pushing or moving the machine body as much as possible.

Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Regularly clean dirt and other attachments to keep the body clean;

2. Regularly clean the ground to ensure smooth drainage of water around the machine and avoid sedimentation and water accumulation;

3. Regularly check the grounding condition of the machine body. When the insulation value is too low, consideration should be given to avoiding adverse environmental factors and taking drying measures;

4. This machine should be used and maintained by a dedicated person to avoid unauthorized operation by those unfamiliar with the situation.

Simple faults and troubleshooting:

1. The main power supply of the machine cannot be started: check the fuse of the power supply, control line, and related circuit components;

2. Heating failure: abnormal drying and temperature control settings. Check if the heating tube (wire) inside the box is burned, if the corresponding relay is damaged, and if the temperature control switch sensing wire is damaged;

3. If there is a problem with the machine, notify our company to send personnel for repair.

Transportation and installation:

1. Transportation method:

When transporting, it should be lifted and dropped flat, with an inclination not exceeding 30 degrees, and should not collide with the machine;

2. Installation location:

The machine should be installed in a ventilated and dry place, with an ambient humidity not exceeding 30 degrees. The wheels of the machine should be placed steadily, with a distance of at least 0.8m from the wall for good ventilation and heat dissipation, as well as for easy maintenance;

3. Power supply:

The voltage and maximum allowable current of the power supply should meet the requirements;

4. Ensure grounding:

The machine must be reliably connected to the ground wire, and if a neutral connection scheme is adopted, it must be ensured that the neutral line is reliably connected to the equipment.
