The VGIRM-01 fully automatic vacuum inert gas protection remelting machine is a pre-processing equipment specially developed by Ruishenbao Analysis Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for analyzing samples using direct reading spectrometers and X-ray fluorescence spectrometers. Can be used to prepare various metals, ores, oxides, ferroalloys, etc. Equipped with single or double head melting devices, it can perform forward and backward spin, forward and backward swing, automatic mold inversion function, and centrifugal casting (optional). It can fully automatically melt metal block or powder materials (including iron-based, nickel based, copper based, aluminum based, cobalt based, etc.) under vacuum, protective atmosphere, or vacuum+protective atmosphere.
