Measurement principle:
Used for measuring powdered solid bulk materials. Piezoelectric drive is the core of VEGAVIB, and the vibrating element (tuning fork) vibrates at a certain mechanical resonance frequency under the drive of piezoelectric ceramics. When in contact with the medium, the vibration frequency of the vibrating rod will decrease. The integrated electronic component detects changes in vibration frequency and converts them into switch commands. Piezoelectric ceramics are mechanically fixed, very stable and durable. Pressure and temperature will not affect the accuracy of the switch. The density of solid particles should be greater than 8g/L. Using contact measurement control, the tuning fork surface is smooth, without corners or edges, avoiding the adhesion of granular solids and making it very easy to clean.
