The electric two-way valve series is suitable for temperature control of fresh air units in air conditioning systems during winter/summer.
The air supply temperature control system consists of a temperature sensor TE-1, a proportional integral temperature controller TC-1, and an electric two-way regulating valve TV-1. The TE-1 installed in the air supply duct transmits the detected temperature signal to the TC-1, which continuously compares the detected value of the TE-1 with the set value and outputs a signal to control the continuous adjustment of the TV-1 opening. Finally, keep the ambient temperature measured by TE-1 within the set temperature range.
When the temperature behind the coil is below a certain limit, the low-temperature protection switch TS-1 cuts off the power supply of the power supply motor, thereby closing the fresh air valve to prevent the water inside the coil from freezing and cracking.
Electric two-way valves are divided into two types: direct acting and pilot operated. Their application scope and characteristics are as follows:
1. The driver is driven by a single hysteresis synchronous motor, and the valve spring is reset. When the valve is not working, it is in a normally closed state. When it needs to work, the temperature controller provides an opening signal to connect the electric valve to the AC power supply and activate it.
2. Used to control the opening or closing of pipelines in cold or hot water air conditioning systems, achieving the goal of controlling room temperature.
3. Open the valve to allow chilled or hot water to enter the fan coil unit, providing air conditioning or heating for the room. When the room temperature reaches the set value of the thermostat, the thermostat will cut off the power to the electric valve, and the reset spring will close the valve, thereby cutting off the water flow into the fan coil unit. By closing and opening the valve, the room temperature will always be maintained within the temperature range set by the thermostat.
The driver of the electric valve is connected to the valve using a threaded connection, and the driver can be installed after the valve is installed. On site assembly, flexible and convenient wiring. The planar design of the driver can be installed close to the wall, occupying a small space, the product is reliable and durable, the working noise is low, and it can work reliably in the high temperature and high humidity environment commonly found in concealed fan coil units.

The VA-3000 and VA-7000 series valve actuators are linear actuators

Installation and debugging:
Before installation, it is necessary to carefully read the instructions, cut off the relevant power supply, and have professional technicians perform the installation.
The direction of water flow must be the same as the arrow direction on the valve body.
The valve body must be located above the water receiving tray of the coil to ensure that it falls into the water receiving tray in case of dripping.
The valve body and driver must be installed in a vertical direction? Within the temperature range of 60 ℃, there should be at least 30mm of space above it for disassembly and assembly. Adequate maintenance operation space must be maintained with surrounding pipelines, equipment, and buildings, and must be installed in a location accessible to maintenance personnel through manholes.
The driver can only be installed after the valve body is installed and pressure tested with the pipeline.
If the driver has already been installed on the valve body, no force should be applied to the driver during installation and debugging, otherwise it will damage the driver.
After installation and checking for correctness, power on for debugging. At least three complete operating cycles of the drive should be observed to ensure that all components are correct.
After passing the waterless debugging, conduct a water test. The pressure difference between the water supply and drainage of the system must be strictly controlled within 0.15 MPa to ensure the effectiveness of the electric control valve on the water flow switch
