V-shaped bed filters are divided into medium and high-efficiency filters, as well as high-efficiency filters. This product has been specially designed and developed to meet the needs of low resistance and large amounts of air. The V-bed high-efficiency shu series can achieve a wind speed of 2.5 m/s (500 fpm) with an initial resistance of 250 Pa. The filtration material of the V-bed filter is imported ultrafine glass fiber. However, the pass rate is low, and a 100% pass rate is impossible. The best domestic manufacturers have a scrap rate of 5%, while the poorer ones reach 40%. The foreign scrap rate is 3%. But many domestic manufacturers do not test every unit, only manufacturers such as Jianqiao and Yanjing in China conduct full testing.
Medium efficiency filter:
The most commonly used medium efficiency filters are bag filters. Generally, glass wool is also used for production. Not all tests are required. The recommended size is 24 inches by 24 inches.
Clean Room:
The filters used in cleanrooms of 10000 and 100000 levels are generally the same, but the air exchange rate and fresh air ratio are different. Such clean rooms generally rarely use fresh air systems. For cleanrooms with a capacity of 100000, using a sub high efficiency filter at the end can meet the requirements, but it is not recommended to use a sub high efficiency filter because the price difference between sub high efficiency filters and high-efficiency filters is small. However, using a sub high efficiency filter requires 20 air changes per hour, while using a high-efficiency filter only requires 10 air changes per hour. This saves initial investment and operating costs. A more economical selection.
