The raw material ammonium nitrate (urea) is metered and transported into the melting tank, while adding an appropriate proportion of clean water. Steam is introduced into the melting tank for heating, causing the raw material ammonium nitrate (urea) to melt into liquid. Other raw materials are fed into the granulator by their respective metering belts according to their respective flow rates and formulas. If other raw materials are manually fed into the mixer, they will also be combined by the comprehensive mixing conveyor belt to the granulator. The molten liquid is sprayed onto the solid raw materials inside the granulator through the spray pump circuit. The molten liquid sprayed from the spray circuit nozzle forms mist like droplets, which, when cooled, form a viscous granulation mother ball and adhere to other raw materials. Under the continuous rotation of the granulator, it is spheroidized into granules.

Equipment:

a. The melting tank is made of stainless steel material and heated by steam coils.

b. A spray pump tailored for molten liquids, available in two structural forms: vertical and horizontal.

c. Auxiliary equipment such as bucket elevator, ammonium nitrate urea metering belt, exhaust fan, steam heating and insulation circuit.

d. Increase the comprehensive raw material metering belt to achieve the goal of quantitative feeding and stable flow.

e. There are three optional control methods: industrial computer, touch screen, and simple manual adjustment.
