The M370 Scanning Electrochemical Workstation is a novel concept in the field of scanning probe electrochemistry, designed with ultra-high resolution, non-contact, spatial analysis electrochemical measurement characteristics.
M370 is a modular system that enables all current micro area scanning probe electrochemical technologies and laser non-contact micro area morphology testing:
-Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy (SECM)
-Scanning Vibration Electrode Test (SVET)
-Scanning Kelvin Probe Test (SKP)
-Micro area electrochemical impedance testing (LEIS)
-Scanning electrolyte droplet test (SDS)
-Non touch micro area morphology testing (OSP)
The M370 utilizes a fast and accurate, closed-loop x, y, z positioning system with nanometer level resolution, along with a convenient data acquisition system that allows users to choose configurations based on their own experiments. This system is designed flexibly and ergonomically to ensure easy access to the pool body, samples, and probes.
1. Scanning electrochemical microscopy system SECM370
SECM370 is a precision scanning microelectrode system with extremely high spatial resolution that can detect current in solution or apply current between the microelectrode and the sample. Used for detecting, analyzing, or altering the surface and interfacial chemical properties of samples in solution.

application *Study the flow rate through the membrane |
|
2. Scan Calvin Probe Testing System SKP370
The SKP370 scanning Calvin probe system is a non-contact, non-destructive instrument that can be used to measure the work function difference between conductive, coated, or semiconductor materials and sample probes. This technique works with a vibrating capacitive probe, which measures the work function difference between the sample surface and the reference tip of the scanning probe by adjusting an applied front-end voltage. The performance letter is related to the surface condition. The unique properties of SKP make it possible to measure in humid or even gaseous environments, turning impossible research into reality.

3. Scanning vibration electrode testing system SVP370
SVP370 (SVET) scanning vibration electrode technology is a non-destructive scanning technique that uses vibration probes to measure the electrical properties generated on the surface of electrochemical chemical samples. Ensure that users can measure and quantify local electrochemical reactions and corrosion in real-time.
|
application *Biological activity monitoring |
|
4. Micro area electrochemical impedance testing system LEIS370
The micro area electrochemical impedance testing system combines electrochemical impedance EIS technology and micro area scanning technology, which can accurately test the impedance and corresponding parameters of local micro areas.
|
application *Thin film impedance complex imaging |
|
5. Electrolyte droplet scanning system SDS370
The electrolyte droplet system can define the contact surface between the liquid and the sample, thereby measuring the electrochemical and corrosion reactions within the direct contact surface between the droplet and the sample. This can provide electrochemical activity at spatial resolution and limit it to a specific quantified surface of the sample.
|
application *Characterization of surface oxides

|
6. Non touch micro area morphology testing system OSP370
By using a non-contact laser displacement sensor, the OSP370 module can quickly and accurately measure non-contact surfaces with high precision. It can provide 3D surface close-up images with a height resolution of less than 1 micron within a height range of 10mm without touching the sample surface.
