Type specification for buried sewage treatment equipment:
Our company produces two series of buried daily sewage treatment equipment: WSZ-A modular and WSZ-F fiberglass reinforced plastic, with a treatment capacity of 0.5-50m3/H, totaling more than 30 specifications.

Equipment Process Explanation
The planning of WSZ-A equipment is primarily focused on the treatment of daily wastewater and similar industrial organic wastewater. The primary treatment method is to use the currently mature biochemical treatment technique - touch oxidation method. The water quality parameters are planned according to the general daily water quality, with an inlet BOD of 20Omg/l and an outlet BOD of 20mg/l, consisting of six parts: (1) primary sedimentation tank; (2) Touch the oxidation tank; (3) Secondary sedimentation tank; (4) Disinfection pool and disinfection equipment; (5) Sludge tank; (6) Fan room, fans;

Structure composition of buried sewage treatment equipment:
(1) Primary sedimentation tank: The equipment's primary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank, and the upward flow velocity of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.6-0.7 millimeters per second. The deposited sludge is carried to the sludge tank by air. (Note: WSZ-A O.5-5m3/h does not have a primary sedimentation tank)
(2) Touch oxidation tank: After initial sedimentation, the water flows automatically to the touch tank for biochemical treatment. The touch tank is divided into three stages, with a total residence time of more than 1 hour. The touch oxidation time of the enhanced equipment can reach 6 hours, and the filler is a novel trapezoidal filler. Easy to form conjunctiva without obstruction. The specific surface area of the filler is 160m2/m3, and the air-water ratio of the touch tank is around 12:1. (WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h, touch pool is level 2)

(3) Secondary sedimentation tank: The biochemical wastewater flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, which consists of two vertical flow sedimentation tanks that operate in parallel. The upward flow velocity is 0.3-0.4 millimeters per second. The sludge is discharged by using air to lift it to the sludge tank. (Note WSZ-A0.5-5mT/h, sludge flows automatically into the sludge tank)
(4) Disinfection pool and disinfection equipment: The disinfection pool is designed to last for 30 minutes according to the specifications of "TJI4-74". If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection pool can increase the residence time to 1-1.5 hours. Solid chlorine tablets can be used for touch dissolution disinfection. The disinfection equipment can continuously adjust the dosage according to the size of the water output, achieving the intention of adding more water and more medicine, and adding less water and less medicine. Other disinfection equipment can be manufactured separately. (Note: If used for industrial wastewater disinfection tanks and disinfection equipment, it can be omitted)

(5) Sludge tank: All sludge from the primary and secondary sedimentation tanks is transported by air to the WSZ-A sludge tank for aerobic digestion. The clear liquid from the sludge tank flows back to the touch oxidation tank for further treatment. After digestion, there is very little sludge left, usually sorted once every 1-2 years. The sorting method can be to use a suction truck to extend from the viewing hole of the sludge tank into the bottom of the sludge and carry out suction and transportation. (WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h, anaerobic digestion is used for sludge)
(6) Fan room and fan: The fan room of equipment WSZ-A is located above the disinfection pool, and the inlet is equipped with double-layer sound insulation. The inlet has a muffler and fan filter, so there is no noise during operation. Two L-shaped Roots blowers are selected for the fan, which can actively replace and operate. The operating lifespan of a single wind turbine is about 30000 hours.
