1. This machine tool is equipped with three grinding heads, which can clamp and simultaneously grind both sides of the straight line, the raceway surface, and the installation bottom surface. The linear guide raceway and the installation bottom surface greatly reduce the impact of worktable motion accuracy on the consistency of the distance between the center of the linear guide track and the distance between the raceway and the bottom surface of the guide rail. The vertical and horizontal motion accuracy of the ground linear guide rail can easily achieve high precision.
2. The machine tool structure adopts a vertical grinding head support structure with an integral gantry structure and an independent flat grinding head support structure design, which avoids mutual interference between grinding heads. The unique structure enables the machine tool to achieve the smallest distance between the bottom and side grinding points in the industry, minimizing the impact of worktable motion accuracy on linear guide accuracy.
3. The overall bed, columns, and slide table of the machine tool are all made of high-strength cast iron, which has undergone secondary aging treatment and CNC precision machining. The installation surface of the worktable linear guide has been scraped and ground by top domestic technicians to achieve the flatness of the current level 000 flat plate.
4. The two vertical grinding wheels of the machine tool use the same roller for dressing, and the flat grinding uses a diamond pen, installed on a stable relative position workbench. It is equipped with a Siemens 840D high-end twelve axis CNC system, a fully closed-loop control system consisting of five positioning axes and a German Heidenhain grating ruler, a heavy-duty high rigidity agile response precision ball screw pair and high rigidity roller guide pair used for the grinding head slide table, achieving micrometer level machining accuracy for the linear guide pair and micrometer level compensation for the grinding wheel dressing amount.
5. The worktable is supported by a roller guide pair with dense sliders and driven by a ball screw with nut cooling function, which greatly homogenizes the movement accuracy error of the worktable and achieves high-speed and efficient machining of the worktable, as well as precise positioning of the diamond roller dressing grinding wheel.
6. The machine tool is equipped with a fast tool setting function, which greatly improves the efficiency of tool setting and grinding.
7. The machine tool adopts a high head cooling system, and the cooling water undergoes sedimentation, multi-stage filtration, and constant temperature refrigeration to maintain the stability of the workpiece size during the grinding process. In addition, the one-time forming feature of this machine tool ensures that high-precision products can be produced in bulk and stably under conventional conditions as long as the ambient temperature does not change dramatically to the extent that the bed body changes abnormally.
8. The machine tool grinding area is fully protected, and the return water system is equipped with automatic sand flushing function.
