Compact Structure, Easy Installation and Replacement
The YTF-Sealed frame is made of extruded aluminum profile. Imported phosphate-free polyurethane adhesive is used to seal the waterproof and flame-retardant fiberglass filter element, which is separated by hot-melt adhesive, further supplemented by a protective mesh, gaskets, and other components. Compact structure, small and lightweight, easy to install and replace.

Using specially designed hot melt adhesive to separate the HEPA filter paper, ensuring uniform and reasonable spacing between the filter papers. This maximizes the utilization of the filter paper, achieving uniform airflow and low resistance.

According to EN1822 standards, the filter efficiency is tested using a PMS laser particle counter and PSL particle size distribution method with MPPS (easily penetrating particle size) to ensure that the filter efficiency meets requirements.
