UV disinfection equipment is mainly used for environmental protection equipment in the disinfection treatment of sewage reuse and sewage discharge. The ultraviolet disinfection process is a newly developed and mature technology in recent years. The ultraviolet disinfection device has many advantages such as low equipment investment cost, low operating cost, good disinfection effect, and safe and easy operation. It is an effective and economical new process that replaces traditional chlorine disinfection and ozone disinfection.
[Equipment Structure]
The ultraviolet disinfection device is a horizontal structure composed of main components such as ultraviolet sterilization lamp, quartz glass sleeve, equipment cylinder, and electric control box. The service life of the lamp tube is 8000-10000 hours. This device can be equipped with a time counter according to user requirements to control the actual use time of the sterilization lamp tube.
UV disinfection equipment has fast sterilization speed and high efficiency. After the water flows in, it can kill Escherichia coli in the water. The working voltage is 220V, which can meet the working pressure of 0.6MPA.
System Design
In order to ensure the effectiveness of ultraviolet disinfection technology, the following two points must be noted in the system design of ultraviolet disinfection equipment:

The transmittance of ultraviolet light in medium water is ≥ 65%

【 Installation Instructions 】
1. The ultraviolet disinfection device should generally be installed in front of the water point.
2. Quartz glass sleeves and ultraviolet lamps are valuable and fragile components, and should be avoided from collision during transportation, installation, and use. Handle with care, no hard objects should fall into the inlet or outlet or hit the box.
3. There should be no dripping or leaking pipes above the ultraviolet disinfection equipment, and it should not bear the heavy pressure of external pipes.
4. When installing the ultraviolet disinfection device, the distance between the equipment and surrounding objects on both sides should not be less than 80CM to facilitate the replacement of the ultraviolet lamp tube. The front should not be less than 80CM for maintenance purposes.
[Precautions for use]
1. After the installation of the pipeline is completed, the sealing plates at both ends of the ultraviolet disinfection device should be opened first to check whether the internal quartz sleeve is damaged. If it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately. Then, the water outlet valve should be opened, and the water inlet valve should be slowly opened to ensure that the internal mechanism of the water processor is not subjected to strong water flow impact and gradually enters the working state. After exhausting all the gas in the pipeline network and confirming that there is no leakage, it can be officially used. The specific method of operating the ultraviolet disinfection device is to turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch of the control box, and all the working indicator lights will be on, indicating that the ultraviolet radiation has entered the normal working state.
2. UV disinfection equipment, with a power supply voltage of AC 220V. If the voltage fluctuation is too large, a voltage stabilizing device should be installed on the power supply line.
3. It is strictly prohibited to exceed the rated working pressure during use.
4. Regularly check whether the inlet and outlet pipelines are leaking to prevent water from entering the electrical control box.
5. When the ultraviolet disinfection equipment malfunctions, the working indicator light can be checked to confirm the cause of the malfunction. The electrical control box must be inspected by professionals, and non professionals are not allowed to check rectifier and circuit faults or repair ultraviolet disinfection equipment without authorization.
