The U HZ-52Z series side mounted magnetic flip column level gauge is a product developed and produced by our factory based on the magnetic level gauge standard HG/T 21584-95 issued by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, after introducing and absorbing similar foreign products, and absorbing, digesting, and improving them. Can be used for medium level detection in equipment such as towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, and boilers. This series of magnetic level gauges can achieve high sealing and leak prevention, and are suitable for measuring liquid levels in high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive media. Since it does not come into direct contact with liquid media, it is more superior to high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, toxic, harmful, and highly corrosive media. Therefore, it is more reliable, safe, progressiveness and practical than the traditional glass tube and plate level gauge. The most significant feature of the side mounted magnetic flip column level gauge is that the liquid medium is completely isolated from the indicator, making it very safe, reliable, and durable in any situation. Various models of level gauges are equipped with level alarms and control switches, which can achieve upper and lower limit alarms, control, or interlocking of the liquid level or boundary. When equipped with static pressure level transmitters or dry spring resistance level transmitters, the liquid level and boundary signals can be converted into two-wire 4-20mADC standard signals, realizing remote indication, detection, recording, and control. structural principle
The liquid level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving liquid level indication.
