Product Introduction:
The UHB type corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump belongs to a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, and the overcurrent components are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is currently the new generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps internationally. Its most prominent advantages are excellent wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact resistance), creep resistance (environmental stress cracking resistance), and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.
The significant feature of this pump is its versatility, which means that it can adapt to various working conditions, such as transporting acid, alkaline clear liquid or slurry; Various corrosive slurries in the smelting industry; Various dilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry; Various types of wastewater in the environmental protection industry. This pump is both corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, with a wide range of applications.
Main Technical Overview
1. Model: UHB series
2. Features: Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant, versatile with one pump, suitable for both acidic and alkaline clear liquid slurries.
3. Structure: (1) The pump body is molded from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and its service life is 5-6 times that of ordinary liner pumps. The lining thickness is 8-20mm.
(2) There are two types of impellers: separated and closed, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.
(3) Sealed K-type power seal.
4. Applicable media: sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, nitric acid with a concentration of less than 50%, various concentrations of hydrochloric acid, liquid alkali, suitable for both clear liquids and slurries.
5. Main technical parameters: operating temperature -20 ℃~80 ℃ (can be increased to 105 ℃ for special requirements and modified materials), imported diameter of 32mm~250mm, flow rate of 5～600m3/h， Lift within 50m.
