UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Bed) Reactor
The reactor is mainly composed of two parts: the reaction zone and the settling zone. The reaction zone can be further divided into the sludge suspension layer zone and the sludge bed zone according to the condition of the sludge. The upper part of the reactor is equipped with a gas solid liquid three-phase separator to facilitate the separation of biogas, sludge, and sewage, and prevent the loss of biomass. The bottom of the pool is equipped with an inlet water distribution system and a reflux system to achieve uniform inlet water, so that the sewage can be completely mixed with the bottom and inlet water of the anaerobic UASB reactor.
The process has the following advantages:
1. Strong processing capability, high organic load, and higher processing efficiency than similar processing techniques.
2. Under a certain hydraulic load, the gas generated in the reactor can be used to mix and fully contact the sludge and substrate, thus eliminating the equipment and energy consumption required for stirring and refluxing the sludge.
3. The operation and management are simple, and there are very few electrical appliances, pumps, and other equipment that require manual operation in the device, saving manpower, reducing power consumption, and having the advantages of low investment.
4. Has strong stability and resilience to various impacts.
5. Low project cost and small footprint. No packing blockage problem, stable operation
