UIIA type of surface cooler is a type of heat dissipation pipe that is suitable for both steam heating systems and hot water heating systems. Its inlet and outlet joints are on the same side, and the inlet and outlet pipes are connected by U-shaped elbows. This meets certain special installation requirements, such as the need for one end of the heat dissipation pipe to be against a wall or other obstacles.
The finned tubes are made by winding 10 × 0.2mm corrugated copper strips around a diameter of 16 × 1mm copper tube, forming a spiral shape. They have three different pitch sizes: 3.2mm-R ', 4.2mm-M', and 6.5mm-T. The 'R' pitch has a smaller pitch size and a larger heat dissipation area, resulting in a larger heat dissipation capacity. The 'M' pitch has a larger pitch size, resulting in lower heat dissipation and air resistance. The 'T' pitch has a larger pitch size, making it suitable for situations with higher steam pressure and lower air temperature.
UIIThe type numbering method is: model number (spacing code) - number of surface tubes - surface tube length (inches). If two rows are used, with a spacing of 3.2mm, 21 surface tubes, and a tube length of 60 inches, then it is UII-2 (R) -21-60.
