1、 Two person horizontal flow workbench

The horizontal leakage workbench has created a local level 100 clean environment, but turbulence occurs when personnel configure it with drugs. The items used in the configuration have not been sterilized. A laminar flow meter is not a sterilizer. If the logistics upstream is contaminated, the downstream must also be contaminated. Therefore, it is particularly important to correctly understand the direction of clean airflow and use the most reasonable aseptic configuration technology to configure drugs in the cleanest and safest location.
1. The horizontal laminar flow workbench is mainly used for preparing drugs that will not harm personnel.
For workbenches with two casters, it is necessary to adjust the four support legs below the box and make appropriate adjustments after placement to reduce noise and vibration.
3. The horizontal laminar flow meter should be placed directly below the high-efficiency gas supply port in the clean room. After efficient filtration, the air in the clean room is directly drawn into the horizontal laminar flow meter and discharged after passing through the high-efficiency filter layer. In this way, after two layers of efficient filtration, the air flow in the laminar flow table becomes the optimal configuration environment.
4. It is best to operate the horizontal laminar flow meter 24 hours a day, or start the machine at least 30 days after rain before operation.
5. The horizontal overflow workbench should be divided into three areas.

9. Every day, before starting work, please carefully wipe the top, sides, and surface of the workspace with 70% ethanol from top to bottom, front to back, and inside to outside.
10. During the composition process, after the dose composition of a patient is completed, disinfect the workbench with 70% ethanol.
Before placing the material on the workbench, the entire surface of 7 liters must be wiped with 70% ethanol.
Do not place too many consumables on the work surface. The distance between large items should be about 15 centimeters, and the distance between small items should be about 5 centimeters. The distance between downstream materials such as bottles and upstream materials must be three times the diameter of the upstream material.
13. Disinfectant items on the work surface must allow the first clean air to flow through the work surface. That is to say, there must be no obstacles between the work surface and the high-efficiency filter.
14. Do not splash liquid onto the high-efficiency filter. If the high-efficiency filter gets wet, it is easy to damage and mold can easily grow.
15. Do not place objects near the high-efficiency filter. All operations should be carried out in a clean space. The expansion area of the workbench is the intersection of level 10000 air and level 100 air, so if there are too many operations near this area, the configured items will be equivalent to those configured in a level 10000 environment. The laminar flow meter cannot play its corresponding role. In addition, do not place your wrists or elbows on the table, do not place your hands upstream of constructed objects, and do not always maintain an 'open window'.
16. Avoid vigorous exercise in clean spaces, avoid coughing, screaming, and speaking during the creative process, follow sterile operating procedures, and strictly avoid contact with sterile parts of the hands.
After confirming that no one is present, turn on the ultraviolet disinfection lamp.

2、 The difference between horizontal and vertical flow ultra clean workbenches

The basic principle is almost the same: first, filter the indoor air with a coarse filter, then push it into the static pressure box with a centrifugal blower, and finally filter it with a high-efficiency air filter. The clean air from it comes from a constant cross-sectional wind speed. Passing through a sterile area can create a dust-free, sterile, and clean working environment, but two clean workbenches have different airflow directions. The airflow after the lateral airflow purification workbench flows from the left and right sides through the working surface to the other side. There is also an airflow barrier from top to bottom or from the countryside to the other side, which can form an airflow barrier to keep the work area sterile, but at the junction of pure airflow and external air, the airflow will generate negative pressure. It can be generated and slightly mixed with unpurified air. There is a possibility of pollution. The structure of the cleaning workbench used for flow measurement is relatively closed, usually with only two circular holes into which arms can be inserted, which brings inconvenience to the operation and handling of large objects.
External airflow type (horizontal type) allows purified air to flow towards the operator, so external airflow will not enter the operating area. If the leveling workbench is almost open, there is no protective barrier, making it easy to operate and carry, but it will be affected by external air and allow unconnected air to enter.
A purification workbench is a more precise device. By proper use and maintenance, good results can be achieved and the service life can be extended.
The ultra clean workbench mainly uses high-efficiency filters to purify the air. High efficiency filters have a certain service life and need to be replaced regularly.
If you are in a relatively clean environment (such as a GMP workshop), it is not often replaced, and if you are only in a regular laboratory, the high-efficiency filter should be replaced every two years to ensure effectiveness.

3、 The difference between horizontal flow ultra clean workbench and vertical flow ultra clean workbench

Horizontal flow of ultra clean workbench; It only indicates that the purified air processed by the ultra clean workbench forms the direction for water transfer through operation. This means that the horizontal flow of refined gas will flow towards the operator. Therefore, it prevents external air from entering the purification work area. The advantage of a horizontal purification workbench is that it is open without any protective barriers. The operation and carrying of items are very convenient, thereby improving work efficiency, but the disadvantage is that it is not suitable for products that are harmful to the human body, which is unfavorable for operators.
Vertical flow ultra clean workbench; After work, the purified air flow passes through the work surface from left or right to the other side, and cleans the work area from top to bottom or from bottom to the other side. Form a flow barrier for protection. Vertical flow ultra clean workbenches are usually enclosed. There are only two circular holes on the workbench, which extend the arms for easy control by the operator. The disadvantage is that it is very inconvenient to operate and transport large objects. This workbench is usually used.
