Equipment Introduction: The turnover basket cleaning machine is a novel continuous cleaning equipment that uses a chain driven conveyor belt to transport workpieces. The effective length of this machine is 4.5 meters for cleaning turnover baskets. The overall design is divided into two parts, namely the initial cleaning section and the water purification cleaning section. The transmission motor adopts stepless speed regulation motor, which can effectively control the cleaning time and cleaning effect. The primary cleaning section can add heating devices as needed to spray hot water and alkali solution for cleaning the turnover basket. Using a high-pressure centrifugal pump combined with a stainless steel universal nozzle, the water pressure is higher and the cleaning effect is more ideal.

Working principle: This machine is designed as a continuous turnover basket cleaning equipment. During operation, the turnover basket is manually placed on the conveyor chain of the basket washing machine, and the conveyor chain drives the turnover basket to move forward at a constant speed into the cleaning section for cleaning. After cleaning, it can be taken out;

Equipment configuration:

1. The whole machine is designed with 304 stainless steel, which is rust resistant and corrosion-resistant;

2. The conveying device adopts a speed regulating motor, with adjustable cleaning time and speed, suitable for cleaning turnover baskets of different cleanliness levels;

3. The design of this machine adopts high-pressure water spray cleaning, and the nozzle adopts high-temperature resistant and high-pressure stainless steel universal nozzle. The cleaning angle is adjustable, and there are high-pressure water spray devices on the top, bottom, left, and right sides inside the cleaning section to ensure cleaning cleanliness;

4. The water pump adopts stainless steel high-pressure centrifugal pump, with strong cleaning force and more ideal cleaning effect. And it will not rust or pollute the water source inside the water tank due to water residue inside the pump;

5. The internal dimensions of the cleaning machine can be fine tuned, suitable for cleaning turnover baskets of different specifications;

6. This machine is designed with a double-layer filtration device. When circulating water enters the circulating water tank, a filter screen is designed above the tank to prevent foreign objects such as vegetable debris from entering the circulating water tank and causing pipeline blockage. Additionally, a secondary filtration device is designed at the water pump inlet to effectively prevent foreign objects from entering the machine and causing damage;

7. Unique circulating water tank design, easy and thorough cleaning, convenient for manual shutdown and cleaning, preventing residual sewage from deteriorating.
