The JPH series three eccentric mixer is a new type of material mixing equipment with unique three eccentric irregular and multi-directional staggered cross motion. It has a large mixing capacity, high mixing uniformity, short mixing time, smooth operation, low noise, simple maintenance, and the equipment meets the requirements of the new version of "GMP".
At present, most of the mixing devices on the market are one-dimensional, two-dimensional, and three-dimensional motion mixers, which are designed according to the principle of three-dimensional motion trajectory. The mixing bucket and body are both structurally limited, making it difficult to increase the mixing capacity. The maximum capacity range is20-1200 liters, unable to break through further, resulting in high production costs and excessive investment.
If a large number of mixing devices are required, the technology of 3D motion mixer will be difficult to meet the usage requirements of the majority of users, and the mixing effect of one-dimensional and two-dimensional mixers cannot be comparable to that of 3D mixers.
Design concept of eccentric mixer:
The design principle of this device is: radial eccentricity, axial eccentricity, and up-down eccentricity; Adopting the design method of asymmetric bucket body in six directions: asymmetric volume at upper and lower angles, asymmetric volume at left and right angles, and asymmetric volume at front and rear angles. According to this design principle, multi-directional staggered cross motion with different volumes on one side is generated to achieve the best material mixing effect.
