Automatic production line processing flow description:
1. By manually discharging the whole material (less than 150 pieces) to the material bin of the automatic feeding machine of the pipe cutting machine, the automatic feeding equipment completes the material sorting operation through mechanical action;
2. Then carry out the shrinkage operation on one end of the pipe fitting;
3. After the completion of pipe reduction, weld seam detection is carried out to fix the direction, and then the material is loaded onto the bending machine through the pushing mechanism (weld seam detection is an option);
4. Automatic docking of pipe fittings, connected head and tail;
5. The bending machine (pipe bending machine) is used for bending operations, and the circular saw machine is in standby mode;
6. After the bending machine (pipe bending machine) is pushed into place, the system control sends instructions to cut the pipe at the same time;
7. The robot grabs 1/4 of the completed circular arc pipe fittings and sends them to the double headed deburring machine;
8. After the robot grabs the pipe fitting, the bending machine immediately performs a new bending operation;
9. Repeat the above operation to automatically cycle the job;
