Ceramic heater, also known as flexible heater, is made of high-quality nickel chromium alloy wire cable, covered with high-purity alumina ceramic insulation to make track or rope heaters and other product forms. It can be made according to the shape and size of the workpiece, and can be spliced, bent, wrapped, and heated tightly against the workpiece. It has the characteristics of wide application range, fast heating speed, high heat utilization rate, and easy operation. The surface temperature can reach 1050 ℃. Suitable for welding preheating and post weld stress relief of various metal components, such as large towers, high-pressure vessels, bridges, and high-pressure pipelines. It can also be used for auxiliary heating of chemical pipelines and containers, and is not limited to indoor or outdoor use.
