The working principle is that the tracer instrument detects the concentration of medicinal agents in the circulating water system, performs PID calculation, and then the self-control system starts or stops the dosing pump to add drugs to the circulating water system. Its function is to stabilize the drug within a certain concentration range, achieving the trend of protecting the pipeline from scaling or corrosion. When the circulating water system is discharging or replenishing water, as long as the concentration of the chemicals meets the set value, the dosing pump still does not add chemicals to the system. Thus saving customers the cost of using medication.
2、 Product characteristics of tracer dosing device
The traditional "dosing detection" method involves testing the concentration of the medication in the circulating water after dosing, and then adjusting the opening of the dosing pump based on the concentration of the medication. This method of detecting drug concentration significantly lags behind the current concentration in the circulating water system. Therefore, our company proposes a new dosing method, namely the "detection dosing" dosing method. This dosing method adopts real-time detection, which performs real-time PID calculation between the detected current concentration of the drug and the set concentration of the drug. The calculated result is output to the control system in real time, and the control system makes flow control or state control of the dosing pump based on the PID calculation result.

Tracer dosing deviceAdvanced tracking technology is adopted to accurately measure the effective ingredients of the drugs used on site, track the changes in the effective ingredients of the circulating water drugs, and control them precisely within the set dosage range. When tracer is added to existing water treatment agents, the agent becomes a tracer based water treatment agent, which does not affect the performance of the raw water treatment agent.
