(one)Regarding the cleaning of the filter element

1)The machine mainly adopts mechanical filtration method and gradually reduces the density of the filter screen to improve the filtration accuracy. It can be seen that during the operation of the equipment, the first stage filtration is prone to be blocked by impurities, and at this time, the inlet oil volume is less than the outlet oil volume, and the inlet oil speed is relatively slow.

2)Solution: Remove the upper cover of the primary filter, take out the filter screen, and use clean oil(Kerosene or gasoline)After cleaning, the work can be restored.

3)To identify whether the secondary filter and fine filter element should be cleaned, attention should be paid to the pressure gauge on the filter. When the pressure gauge value of the filter reaches0.3MpaStop the operation of the equipment and remove the screws and cover at the same time when there is an overpressure alarm (or when the equipment is overloaded).

4)The filter element is a threaded interface that can be rotated to remove the filter element.

5)Use clean cleaning oil of the same model(Or gasoline)Cleaning can be carried out by using a soft bristled fine brush to scrub the surface of the filter element(The surface of the filter element can be peeled open for cleaning)After completion, it is recommended to use an air compressor to align with the threaded port of the filter element and blow air from the inside out(This helps to clean the filter element more thoroughly).

6)After cleaning, restore all components and check if the screw connections are secure.

(two)If the head is too high during refueling, it will cause the motor temperature to rise rapidly and the oil pump noise to increase.

Solution:1Work according to the prescribed lift;2Intermittent work.

(three)Abnormal increase in oil pump sound:

Solution:1Check if the connecting shaft of the oil pump is concentric;2Whether the fastening screws are loose or fallen off; The above phenomena need to be restored to eliminate them.

(four)It is strictly prohibited to have phase loss to avoid burning out the motor.

(five)When the equipment is running and there is an overpressure alarm shutdown condition, the following checks should be performed:

1Check whether the pressure of the filter cartridge is too high and whether the pressure gauge value exceeds0.3MpaIf it exceeds the limit, it will prompt that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced;

2Check whether the oil outlet valve of the equipment is opened normally;

3Check whether the oil outlet pipeline of the equipment is kept unobstructed;

4Check if the head of the equipment is too high and if it exceeds the specified head range of the equipment(The specified head range of this machine shall not exceed10rice).
