1、 Low pressure ultraviolet radiation
Low pressure ultraviolet radiation refers to the inert gas pressure inside the lamp, which is about 0.013MPa lower than atmospheric pressure. The power of a single lamp tube is 320W. The mercury vapor inside the lamp tube will be activated to emit 253.7nm and 185nm ultraviolet radiation. The 253.7nm ultraviolet radiation will resonate and absorb adjacent mercury ions, causing the irradiated mercury atoms to further release ultraviolet radiation to achieve disinfection purposes
2、 Medium pressure ultraviolet radiation
Medium pressure ultraviolet radiation refers to the inert gas pressure inside the lamp tube that is equivalent to atmospheric pressure, ranging from 0.2Mpa to 0.4Mpa, which is 100 times lower than low pressure. It can emit multi wavelength ultraviolet radiation with a wider wavelength range between 200nm and 400nm, effectively destroying microbial organisms or preventing their replication, achieving the purpose of disinfection. The power of a single lamp tube ranges from 400W to 10KW.
Low pressure ultraviolet light can meet the water treatment requirements of general processing capacity and is suitable for systems that require frequent opening and closing operations. Low pressure ultraviolet lamps have high conversion efficiency, with up to 40% of power converted into energy, and low cost.
