Conventional technologies for the production process of tire refining collection section:

The obtained oil has good quality, high transparency, and can achieve the same effect as mineral water. It has low carbon content and belongs to unleaded gasoline, which can meet the national standard of 93 # gasoline.
The tire refining collection section has a high yield, and the total amount of oil obtained is over 90% of the weight of waste engine oil.
Waste disposal
1. Waste gas
Plastic refining equipment is fully burned through safety devices such as water seals and gas nozzles, which not only eliminates waste gas pollution but also saves a lot of fuel; In terms of smoke and dust emissions, the Zaoqiang ZTC series desulfurization and dust collector can be used, and the smoke and dust emissions can meet the relevant standards of GB 13271-2001.
2. Waste liquid
During the processing of oil products in plastic refining equipment, some weakly acidic wastewater is generated (approximately 50 kilograms of wastewater are produced for every ton of oil produced). After neutralization by adding weak reducing liquid, the neutral wastewater is filtered through three stages to achieve harmless treatment, and then discharged to a dedicated evaporation processor (which uses the flue waste heat of the main processor as the heat source) for evaporation. In addition, there is a more professional wastewater treatment device.
3. Waste solid material
In the tire refining collection section, after catalytic pyrolysis of waste plastics, there will be some solid residues, accounting for about 5% to 10% of the weight of waste plastics. Its main component is coarse carbon black. It can be used as a raw material for producing industrial carbon black, or mixed with fly ash produced by coal-fired power plants as a raw material for manufacturing fly ash bricks (an environmentally friendly building material).
