3) Replacement of filling rod for NJP-3500 fully automatic capsule filling machine: Loosen the pressure plate, remove the filling rod, replace it with the required filling rod, tighten the pressure plate, and then lower it.

4) Replacement of NJP-3500 Automatic Capsule Filling Machine Measuring Disk: Remove the measuring disk, replace it according to the user manual, and calibrate it with a calibration rod

Afterwards, according to the new benchmark, unscrew the filling rod and tighten it according to the depth standard of each workstation. The determination of the reference plane is as follows:

a. After installing the measuring disk, rotate the filling rod to the appropriate position (i.e. when descending, the lower end of the lowest filling rod does not enter the dose disk hole)

b. Rotate the main motor to lower the anode of the grid clamp to the lowest position;

c. Rotate the filling rod to make the lower end face of the rod parallel to the upper surface of the dose disk;

d. Note that the reading on the scale at this time is the new reference plane;
