Preparation work before operation of NJP-2000 fully automatic capsule filling machine

1) Before operation, open the powder feeding device and measuring plate mechanism, and check for any foreign objects or jamming in the powder feeding and filling work area.

2) According to GMP requirements, check whether the parts in contact with the equipment and materials meet the corresponding cleanliness requirements. If they do not meet the requirements, clean and dry them again

3) Check if all parts of the host and accessories are complete and effective, and check if the fasteners are loose. If any looseness is found, tighten them.

4) Check if the vacuum pipeline and vacuum cleaner pipeline are connected to the main unit.

5) The materials that need to be filled must be inspected to ensure that no foreign objects such as metal are mixed in to avoid accidents.

6) Finally, check if there are any abnormalities in other components of the equipment, and if there are no abnormalities, start the vehicle.

Adjustment work before operation of NJP-2000 fully automatic capsule filling machine

1) Connect the power supply of NJP-2000 fully automatic capsule filling machine.

2) Check if all safety settings of the machine are correctly equipped and adjusted.

3) Rotate the handwheel 1-3 times in the direction of machine operation without capsules or powder. After considering it normal, the capsules and powder should be separately loaded into the capsule hopper. The height of the powder hopper should be 60mm lower than the highest position of the container. At the same time, more than half of the powder should be measured and distributed in the dispensing chamber.

4) Adjust the preset insertion depth of the filling rod into the measuring disc.

6) Speed adjustment is performed while the main motor is running.
