Tianjin Suixiang Weijia Food Co., Ltd. Wastewater Treatment Project
Tianjin Suixiang Weijia Food Co., Ltd., as the largest and most advanced brewing and compound seasoning production base in Tianjin, was officially put into operation in Jinghai District in 1996 with a total investment of 75 million yuan and an area of 31000 square meters. It mainly produces "Suixiang" brand garlic paste, sweet noodle sauce, hot pot dipping sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, soybeans, etc.
The design water volume of this project is 500 m ³/d, and the wastewater mainly comes from production lines in various workshops, equipment cleaning wastewater, and a small amount of domestic wastewater.
The processing goal is to meet the standards required by the construction party, using the process route of "hydrolysis acidification+aerobic biochemistry". The effluent CODcr is ≤ 300mg/L, and the effluent is stable and meets the standard.
