1、 System composition

2. DLPL control box: It contains a fully Chinese LCD quantitative controller, internal control circuits and components, external control buttons and indicator lights, etc. The standard size of the box is 400 * 300 * 200mm, and the power supply is AV220V.

3. Flow interruption equipment: can be existing power equipment in the pipeline, such as pumps; It can also be a solenoid valve, electric valve, flow valve, etc. installed later.

2、 Control Process of DLPL Quantitative Automatic Control System

After receiving the flow signal from the flowmeter, the quantitative controller accumulates the flow internally and sets the required quantitative control value. When the cumulative value displayed by the quantitative controller reaches the set quantitative control value, the quantitative controller outputs a switch signal. At this point, the switch signal is used to control the flow interruption equipment installed on the pipeline by connecting a relay or contactor, thereby achieving quantitative control.

3、 Product Features

1. It only requires a flow meter, control box, and cutoff equipment, with a simple structure and low cost;

2. The control circuits and components inside the control box are customized according to the flow meters and equipment required by the customer. The signal lines are easy to connect and generally do not need to be adjusted upon arrival at the site;

3. The control box panel is equipped with "start", "stop", and "reset" buttons, as well as a "status indicator light" display, making the display intuitive, easy to operate, convenient, and easy to learn;

4. The quantitative controller is equipped with a fully Chinese LCD display, and the quantitative control value can be changed as needed each time. It only needs to be operated within the quantitative controller;

4、 Main functions

1. Equipped with large and small valve controls, respectively controlling large and small flow rates to achieve precise quantitative control;

2. When controlling both the pump and the valve simultaneously, there are functions for delaying the start of the pump and closing the valve in advance;

3. Equipped with overflow and pump holding interfaces, it provides immediate protection by shutting down the feeding process in case of overflow or pump holding;

4. In the quantitative control instrument, the total accumulation, instantaneous flow rate, time, and input signal value of the flow meter can be viewed, and there are query functions such as feeding frequency, feeding time, feeding quantity, and daily or monthly accumulation;

1. Choose the appropriate flowmeter: inform us of the name of the measuring medium, the diameter of the measuring tube, the working pressure and temperature, the flow range, or other requirements, and we will select the appropriate one for you;

2. Explain the requirements for control, such as the size of each quantitative value, the number of times to control each day, whether the value controlled each time is the same, and other requirements;

3. Choose a cut-off device: If there is already a cut-off device, please inform us of its working power supply and power, and we will customize it accordingly; If needed, we can also provide a cut-off device. We suggest choosing solenoid valves or electric valves (when delayed start or stop is required) for the cut-off equipment. Do not control the pump. At the same time, when arranging the pipeline, it is better to use a power source that generates flow due to the liquid level difference. This ensures safety and measurement accuracy during control
