Operating procedures
Employees operating the plate rolling machine should understand the structure of the machine and have some basic electrical knowledge. Connect the main power supply (with a residual current circuit breaker) and run it without load (the oil pump motor can only work normally after idling for 10-20 minutes in winter). If the rolled sheet is cut by gas cutting, the gas cutting metal slag, welding points, and attachments should be removed first to ensure the normal service life of the roll.
