Product Introduction
The HGM series three ring medium speed micro powder grinding machine is a processing equipment for fine and ultrafine powders. This micro grinding machine is mainly suitable for various non flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium and low hardness and Mohs hardness below level 6, such as calcite, chalk, calcium carbonate, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, zeolite, barite, gypsum, alum, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice, etc. It is a latest type of ultrafine grinding equipment developed by drawing on advanced grinding industry technology from Sweden, targeting the current trends and market demand in the domestic grinding industry, and specializing in the processing of ultrafine powder for users.
Highlight advantages
1. Low investment cost, with the same fineness, requires less investment than air flow mills, resulting in lower costs and shorter recovery cycles.
2. Under the same fineness and power consumption of finished products with high powder yield, the output is more than 45% higher than that of air flow mills and stirred mills.
3. Low wear and tear of vulnerable parts. All vulnerable parts are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials from both domestic and foreign sources, which have a longer service life than the vulnerable parts of ordinary grinding equipment, generally exceeding one year.
4. The operation inside the grinding chamber is safe and reliable. Compared with ordinary grinding machines, this ultrafine grinding machine has no rolling bearings or screws inside the grinding chamber, so there is no problem of bearing and other sealing components being vulnerable, avoiding the problem of screws easily loosening and damaging the machine.
5. The final fineness of the finished product can reach d97 ≤ 5 μ m in one go.
6. Environmentally friendly and pollution-free, efficient pulse type dust collectors are used, and the entire equipment operates without dust pollution. Equipped with mufflers and soundproof rooms, noise is reduced, and production is organized in full accordance with national environmental standards, playing an environmental role. The use of mufflers reduces dust pollution and noise, complies with national environmental standards, and plays an environmentally friendly role in the surrounding environment.
Working principle
The main motor of the micro powder grinding machine drives the spindle and each layer of turntable to rotate through the reducer. The turntable drives dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate in the grinding ring raceway through the column pin. Large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by a crusher and then fed into a storage bin by an elevator. The electromagnetic vibration feeder evenly delivers the material to the middle of the upper turntable. The material disperses towards the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring, where it is pressed, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers to be pulverized. After the first layer of crushing, the material falls into the second and third layers. The suction effect of the high-pressure centrifugal fan draws external air into the machine and brings the coarse powder after the third layer of crushing into the powder selection machine. The vortex flow generated by the rotating worm wheel inside the powder selector causes coarse particles to fall back and grind again, while fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged as finished product through the discharge valve at the bottom. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler. The high-pressure micro powder grinding machine is a high-efficiency micro powder grinding machine developed by our company's wear-resistant equipment technology experts based on years of research on industrial grinding machines, drawing on advanced fineness grading technology from Germany and Japan, and using fluid mechanics principles to develop a machine comparable to air flow grinding. This solves the problem of high cost of air flow grinding in China and the difficulty of ultrafine powder grading. The production and energy consumption have reached the national standard, ranking at the advanced level both domestically and internationally, and have received high praise from users in various industries. High pressure grinding is mainly suitable for the grinding and pulverization of various materials, including kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble, barite, gypsum, iron oxide, iron oxide green, aluminum hydroxide, pigments, clay, coal, activated carbon, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, marble, limestone, carbon black, clay, and more. It is used for processing ultrafine powders of more than 500 materials, with a fineness ranging from 500 mesh (25 microns) to 2500 mesh (5 microns) and a minimum fineness of 3500 mesh (3.55 microns).
