Due to the special nature of the oven materials, the lithium-ion battery oven needs to have characteristics such as strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance, precise temperature control, efficient program control, stability and safety.

Product advantages:

The original vacuum oven used for baking battery coils, plates, or cells generally requires a vacuum degree of several hundred Pa to several thousand Pa, which is generally low and the baking effect is not ideal. Some of our company's existing products are equipped with reliable vacuum pumps or vacuum systems, which can increase the vacuum degree by 1 to 2 orders of magnitude, reaching 10 Pa or even 1 Pa, and significantly improve the baking effect. The national standard for vacuum drying ovens stipulates that the air leakage rate should not exceed 1330 Pa per hour. However, a higher air leakage rate not only fails to improve the vacuum degree, but also reduces the pressure holding effect. Frequent start-up of the vacuum pump and vacuum system reduces the service life of the equipment and is not conducive to energy conservation and consumption reduction. Some of our company's products have a vacuum leakage rate that can be reduced to no more than 100 Pa or even no more than 10 Pa per hour, which is much higher in performance than other similar products. Ordinary vacuum drying ovens use heating on the outside of the inner cavity, and then bake the internal products through the cavity. However, the main problem is that the heating time is long and the power consumption is high. Now, some of our company's products use internal heating, which accelerates the heating speed and reduces the heating power. However, the temperature control accuracy of internal heating under vacuum state is not as good as that of external heating, which is prone to temperature fluctuations. Our company's next measure is to improve this problem. There is no flowing air inside the vacuum oven, making temperature control difficult and uniformity poor, which affects the consistency of battery quality. We can add an appropriate amount of nitrogen gas after reaching a certain degree of vacuum for air circulation, which can effectively solve the above problems. However, ordinary air blowing mechanisms cannot guarantee good sealing due to the presence of transmission shafts. Our company's new shaft sealing device can simultaneously ensure high vacuum degree and low air leakage. The insulation and sealing performance of a vacuum oven is much better than that of a regular oven, so if the natural cooling time is very long, it greatly reduces production efficiency. However, the low-temperature cooling system developed by our company can effectively shorten the cooling time by 50%. working principle:

The boiling point decreases with the decrease of air pressure. The boiling point of water significantly decreases under negative pressure, and when the pressure drops to -0.089Mpa, the theoretical boiling point can drop to 45 ℃. In a negative pressure environment, water is more easily vaporized. After being heated at atmospheric pressure for a period of time in a lithium battery specific oven, the moisture in the battery or electrode is converted into water vapor; After the evaporation of water, vacuuming can extract the water vapor; Fill nitrogen to break the vacuum and maintain a dry environment. In the actual baking process, the order of the above three steps varies according to different processes, and generally requires multiple cycles.

Equipment specifications: Currently, there are widely used specifications in the lithium battery industry, including three-layer vacuum ovens, single-layer vacuum ovens, double door vacuum ovens, and four door circular chamber vacuum ovens. Among them, three-layer vacuum ovens (665mm wide x 310mm high x 750mm deep x 3 layers) are widely used. It can be used to bake sliced electrodes, cells, and batteries before injection.

There are four door circular chamber vacuum ovens (diameter 450mm, diameter 550mm, diameter 600mm, diameter 650mm), as well as single door circular chamber vacuum ovens, six door circular chamber vacuum ovens, and other models. Round chamber vacuum ovens can be used to bake coated whole rolls of electrode sheets. This type of oven can significantly reduce the moisture content in the whole roll of electrode sheets before rolling and cutting. Currently, it has been gradually promoted in the production process of power batteries, and battery giants such as Yintong and Zhongju have begun to widely adopt it.

Double door vacuum oven, usually three layers, can be installed on the wall between the drying workshop and the injection workshop. The drying workshop places the materials into the oven, and after baking, they can be directly filled into one side of the main workshop for removal and liquid injection. Improved circulation efficiency, and more importantly, avoided the possibility of moisture re entering the ring section when transporting materials from the vacuum oven to another workshop.

Fully automatic vacuum oven, the above specifications are available in manual and automatic (programmable) types during production and use. The manual type can be heated, evacuated, filled with nitrogen gas, and timed with heating buttons; The automatic type can be programmed according to specific processes to set baking time, temperature, automatic cycle times, and other parameters. The entire process is unmanned, and the program completes automatic shutdown.
